Ab-Soul has marked his return with the new song, “Hollandaise.”
The TDE rapper enumerates some of the things he’s been through in his life on the Kal Banx-produced song. “Get up off my dick, let me talk my shit, let me show ‘em how I feel, for real / These n***as ain’t ill, they ain’t got no skill, they ain’t got no will, for real,” he raps in the first verse.
Back in 2016, the California native released his fourth studio album, Do What Thou Wilt., which included features from Schoolboy Q, Mac Miller, Bas, Zacari, SZA, and more. The project was the follow-up to his previous offering, 2014’s These Days…
“Hollandaise” arrives shortly before the TDE artist is set to perform at The Smoker’s Club festivalalongside Kid Cudi, Playboi Carti, 2 Chainz, Lupe Fiasco, Wale, Wiz Khalifa, Danny Brown, Rico Nasty, Jay Rock, Smoke DZA, and others on Saturday April 30 at the Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California.
